Premium price comes with high expectations, caulking could be cleaner, if you say you do baffles, I would assume you would follow the Owens Corning instructions or make me aware how it needs to be 'finished' (just like you did correctly with the skylight) My score would be 4.5, but as I was navigating to this form, I saw your refer a friend, I did (5119 Edenhurst Rd, Frank Miller), which I did mention to Charlie and Greg and you probably weighed that in with the final bill, but others may not be so direct about it...
Super impressive! Charlie was so on the spot when it came to reflecting anything received in writing. I wish more companies would be like this!
So many flyers, my neighbor actually got the impression, that this makes the job more expensive where you probably just get the promotional materials for what they should be used for. I'm not sure if you already improved this, but your contract PDFs are roughly 1MB per page and it really adds up with 10+ page on mobile data. I put it through my PDF compressor and it was able to reduce the size by 92% (at medium settings), making 11.2MB into 849KB.
Great guys, you manage them very well. I don't mind the radio, but I know from my last roofers, my moody neighbor got annoyed from it. I really sensed the ranking based responsibilities, you should mention the "veteran owned business" more.
After the first day, I was so impressed about how neat you've cleaned up. Nothing major, but watch for the "no nail hits your lawn" promise, a nail or cigarette but here and there, but no worries, you did an excellent job! And really, Greg did the finishing touches to make that right, so no complaints, just informing you, since you're already so smooth!

Homeadvisor or Angieslist is good, but doesn't mean much for industry-based reassurance, but they are still good platforms Really, I am incredibly thankful for following through with all of my request and needs, I really respect that commitment and I'm happy to support a company like yours. ABC Roofing all the way, SRS is crap, don't subcontract. I felt like I may have been a difficult customer (I've developed full contractor anxiety since getting anything done in the last 2yr), even when I was considering to cancel, Charlie came through and reflected on all of the remaining questions.
