I was completely satisfied with the work and quality of materials used. I was told of the overall schedule and the crew was extremely dedicated and hard-working completing the project on time and on budget. I purchased a cupola and they installed it as part of the project. The roof, flashing and roof vents along with the copper cupola make my house almost look like new. I was amazed at how clean the site was at the end of each day. I would without hesitation act as a reference and recommend RJK to anyone considering a new roof. Everyone associated with the job was great -- salesman, site manager, and crew were exceptional.

We found the entire team to be professional from sales all the way through to the roofers. We had some special concerns on our project, and they listened to us and helped come up with some creative solutions. Greg and Charlie always kept me informed via phone, text or email. I had many questions along the way, and they communicated with me in all styles of communication. Their responses were always prompt. Traffic plays a role in timeliness. Greg was going to be 10 minutes late, and he took the time to call and let me know. Very professional. He respected my time.

Jeff J. of Willoughby Hills had skylights that needed to be updated and gutters that he thought maybe too small for the size of the roof. He searched for contractors in the area and found RJK Roofing Solutions online, so he scheduled a time for Francisco Veloz to give him an estimate.

After Francisco's evaluation, he determined that Jeff J.'s initial determination was correct. Our crew was able to replace the skylights and the gutters within the next few weeks. Jeff J. was very pleased with the result & now has a better system to protect his home.

Roof Replacement in Waite Hill

Paul N. of Waite Hill noticed that several shingles had fallen off his roof & some of the shingles were losing their granules. He knew the roof was 30 years old and wanted to replace it before any further problems could occur.
