We found the entire team to be professional from sales all the way through to the roofers. We had some special concerns on our project, and they listened to us and helped come up with some creative solutions. Greg and Charlie always kept me informed via phone, text or email. I had many questions along the way, and they communicated with me in all styles of communication. Their responses were always prompt. Traffic plays a role in timeliness. Greg was going to be 10 minutes late, and he took the time to call and let me know. Very professional. He respected my time.
We needed some custom metal and wood repair work. The roofers did not rush through the project. They took their time and did the quality work the first time.
We have a lot of trees and the install was in late fall. The yard was covered in leaves. There was a small amount of debris here and there, but I consider the cleanup outstanding under the conditions.

Professional, quality workmanship, high value for the cost. I had four estimates which came close in price, but RJK offered me a more comprehensive package than the others.
